Deposits:

A $20 deposit is required on all custom jewelry orders.

A $20- $50 deposit is required on all custom decor orders

**All Premium Services require an $85 deposit which covers your (1hr) 1on1 Assessment. **

How to order:

Step 1: Go to Shop and Select the 'Custom Order' tab. You can also find this tab under Services.

Step 2: Select which type of Custom item you desire (Jewelry, Decor etc); use the drop menu to specify which particular item you are ordering.

Step 3: Add to Cart; pay the listed deposit at check out as if you were placing a standard online order. There is no shipping added to deposit transactions. Shipping will be included in your custom order invoice which must be paid in full before product is shipped.

Step 4: Once I'm notified of your custom order, you will be contacted within 48hrs via email. This email will be called (Custom Order: Lets Get Started!). Please answer all questions in the survey as this helps me to serve you best.

**The 'Let's Get Started' email will be a separate email from your order confirmation email.

Step 5.) Once I review your survey answers we will schedule a chat to begin creating your custom piece.
